Daily Database Backup is backup of your database and backup file is stored on your server. Full Cloud Backup is complete website backup (database + files) and backup file is stored on our cloud server, so in case of some fatal failure on your server we got you covered.

With Standard Support you can expect to receive answer to your support request in maximum 48 hours. With Priority Support we usually resolve support requests in 24 hours. Hight Priority Support is provided in 12 hours or less. All three support models are provided by the same support team, only difference is in processing time.

If more that 1 hour is required then we can charge you for extra working hours, but that’s up to you. There is no limit on number of tasks included in 1 working hour, we only track time.
